Reproductive Plastic
The changes of the redundant prepuce, cavernous sclerosis and occult penis need constant attention. The redundant prepuce, the small and narrow orifice of prepuce and the pharoses can cause smegma and the lodgment of urine in the prepuce cavity. These abnormal conditions can induce balanoposthitis accompanying purulent secretion and excoriation. The serious one can cause the balanopreputial ulcer or acrobystiolith, external orifice stricture of urethra, and acute urine retention. The serious external orifice stricture of penis can restrict the growth of penis and affect fertility.
The middle-aged victims, who are vulnerable to Peyronie's disease, are likely to develop occult Peyronie's disease with a thick scar, and have phallocampsis without its normal elasticity. Once the erection occurs, it not only hurts but also bends affecting the normal sexual life and even resulting in impotence. If victims with phallocampsis last more than one year or have calcified plaque, they should have surgery as soon as possible.
Hypospadia complicated by transposition of the penis and scrotum is a common abnormality of urinary canal and genital organs. Severe patients need the chromosome test and genitical gland test. Patients can have completely normal genital organs through the surgery of the reconstruction of urinary canal.
Penile torsion is an abnormal condition that the gland deviates the middle line. The serious one has difficulty in sexuality, and sometimes can not normally urinate at standing position, which also affects patients’ psychological health and normal social activities.
Congenital absence of testis, or absence of testis after trauma, orchic torsion, testiculoma, prostate cancer, orchiatrophy, urethritis and penile torsion, can result in related symptoms. It can have serious effects on patients’ psychological health, and lead to difficulty in fertility, or even the risk of life, so they need to be treated immediately.
Male hospital of Guangzhou shows what the redundant prepuce and pharoses are.
1. Symptoms:
If the prepuce completely covering the glands and the urethral orifice, it can still turn upward and slide in without paraphimosis, which is called the redundant prepuce. If contracted preputial orifice or preputial glandular adhesions cause the glands not to be able to turn upward, this abnormal condition will be called pharoses.
2. the redundant prepuce and pharoses are likely to have complications:
(1) Inflammation induced:
Patients with mild symptoms can suffer from recurrent preputial balanitis, while patients with severe symptoms contract urethritis, cystitis and pyelonephritis.
(2) The recurrence of preputial glandular adhesions and preputial balanitis.
(3) Acrobystiolith occurs in people who have pharoses or do not frequently wash their foreskins, urinary obstruction is frequently seen in people with a small orifice of the phimosis, and can cause vesical diverticulum and nephrydrosis. The severe one suffers from renal failure.
